Terms & Conditions of the Giving Back Campaign 2025.
1. Eligibility Criteria
The scheme is open to fully validated locums only. Validation includes:
Up-to-date photo ID.
Right to work in the UK documentation.
Active indemnity insurance.
Enhanced DBS certificate with update service.
Accreditation to deliver Discharge Medicines Service and Pharmacy First.
Locums must have a Locate-a-Locum profile and nominate Pharm-Assist as their agency when booking shifts.
2. Scheme Participation
Locums must explicitly opt into the scheme by emailing locums@pharm-assist.co.uk with their full name and bank details (account name, sort code, and account number).
Opting into the scheme constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
3. How the Scheme Works
Locums will receive £1 commission for each shift booked through Locate-a-Locum where Pharm-Assist is nominated as the agency at the time of booking.
Payments are made only after successful completion of shifts and after Pharm-Assist has received payment for the locum's work from the client.
4. Payment Terms
Commission payments are calculated monthly and paid once Pharm-Assist has received the booking fee payment from the client.
Payments are made directly to the locum's nominated bank account by bacs.
All Commission payments earned through the campaign will be paid directly by Pharm-Assist and not through the Locate-a-Locum platform.
A monthly statement will be provided detailing eligible bookings, payment status, and any adjustments.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
Missed Nominations: Bookings where the locum fails to nominate Pharm-Assist as the agency will not be eligible for commission payments.
Disputed Dates: Shifts with disputes or non-payment by clients will not qualify for commission payments.
Cancellations: Shifts cancelled by either the locum or the client are not eligible for commission payments.
6. Changes to the Scheme
Pharm-Assist reserves the right to modify or discontinue the scheme at any time. Locums will be given 30 days’ notice of any changes via email.
Any accrued commission payments prior to changes will still be honoured.
7. Fraud Prevention
Any fraudulent activity, including misrepresentation or false nominations, will result in disqualification from the scheme and potential legal action.
8. Data Protection
Bank details and personal information provided for the scheme will be stored in the cloud on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This means your data is protected by multiple layers of network, storage, and physical access security. Pharm-Assist complies with GDPR regulations. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Pharm-Assist accepts no responsibility for any errors made by Locate-a-Locum or the locum in the booking process that result in a locum being not eligible for commission payments.
Pharm-Assist’s liability is limited to the amount of commission payments accrued under the scheme.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England & Wales.
